You can select the duration and intensity of massage you want. You can also save these programs. It will save programs for up to 4 different users. The lower body is covered with a massage system for air compression. This system uses airbags strategically place throughout the chair massage to reach the hands, arms, legs, calves, thighs and buttocks. This is definitely a shiatsu massage chair that is worth considering at the high end of the market.
