When an object is flexible and can easily adapt to the changes in its environment then it is more likely to survive these changes.
On the other hand, if it fixed the same changes will permeate the structural rigidity and strength to change it, leading to often in a way which means that disintegrated or broken.
A simple example: what happens to a crystal ball when falling against the same for a rubber ball left. The "flexibility" and "adaptability" of the latter to such a change to the environment is much greater. On the other hand, glass is more "adaptableÂ" to a change in temperature, as if to say, rubber.
The application of this concept of "flexibility" and "adaptability" his personality can yield fruit in order to help us understand to what qualities an overall resilience to environmental changes could to improve.
One way to design and operationalize what we figure is, conditional beliefs, which underpin it taken into account. Such beliefs, acquired during an early influence, the perceptual, emotional, behavioral and physiological responses of changes in his Environment.
For example, if one believes that any change will be in the living conditions with unknown and dangerous results, then a related reaction to any change is likely to manifest as some of the following characteristics:
a) fear of change.
b) The fear of making decisions to meet.
c) feelings of pervasive fear.
d) Feelings of helplessness and vulnerability.
e) Conduct that is, to a turbulent Avoid looking environments.
f The anxiety) before engaging new relationships.
g The inability) to respond effectively if changes occur.
And so on.
This shows how conditioned beliefs can influence the adaptability of a personality, and therefore its overall resilience. Such Beliefs, personality change rigid and prone to collapse, given the real and perceived.
Stress is what one feels when her personality "testing" in this way. So, if an individual has a set of beliefs, the stiffness in the development of their personality, they are more "stressed out".
Adding resistance to the personality structure is then simply a matter of changing a repertoire of deeply held beliefs. To effect this, many forms of therapy attempts to help people to "reinterpret" what they perceive to be happening around them. Reframing is a process in which they taught to think about something in a new and positive way.
Reframing also stated that a certain Degree of flexibility to respond to the personality structure, by offering more opportunities to respond to changes than before. One thing it can not, however, is the address already there were inflexible beliefs that originally caused by the early life experience. They remain part of the personality structure, similar deliver's like a "AchillesÂ" HeelÂ.
This leaves the individual vulnerable to relapse into the "groove" of conditional belief and not the conviction reworded. In this case, the individual again remained in a torpid condition hanging and prone to feeling stressed.
Another disadvantage is that the reinterpretation of the individual must consciously think about the reinterpretation of exercise every time something adverse happens to them. In other words: a high degree of attention or conscious effort is needed to ready the individual to ward off the stress response.
Of course, this is in daily Life untenable as the attention must necessarily address other more pressing things on a regular basis. If you are constantly on the lookout for and are willing "to reconsider "What is happening, it would be a serious work to incapacitate their ability to.
There is now a reliable way to quickly and sustainably improve the flexibility and resilience of one's own personality, which addresses the two problems mentioned above. A new tool called the Mind Resonance Process (TM) (MRP) has the remarkable ability to easily and permanently beliefs conditional release from the personality structure in general.
The effect of such an undertaking is to automatically exempt the individual from the rigidity that make the illegal and limiting beliefs in the first place. These Often leaves people with a feeling that most have never experienced in her entire life.
It contains some of the following characteristics: sense of lightness, Department, the high capacity inner peace and tranquility, a great inner strength, self confidence, self esteem, a sense of empowerment, more vitality, more energy and much more.
What's more, this is something spontaneous and not current awareness on the art of the individual, is released when the offending Faith requires.
It is my opinion, as has been shown that this new approach will win ushers in a whole new way of helping individuals to the much needed resilience are needed to handle our rapidly changing world.
